Yolagçy is an app that connects passengers and drivers travelling between cities in Turkmenistan. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Your phone number and name: to sign you in and confirm bookings.
- For drivers: car plate, model and colour; photos of an ID and a driving licence.
- Trips, bookings, prices and reports: to run the service.
- App crash reports (technical error details): stored on our own server and never sent to third parties.
- A push-notification token, issued by the app, used only to deliver notifications.
Why we use it
- To manage bookings, trips and payment records.
- To send sign-in codes and trip messages by SMS.
- To keep the service safe and moderated.
Who can see it
Your phone number is shown to the other person on a trip only after a booking is confirmed. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising. Our staff access data only to support the service.
Where it is kept and for how long
Data is stored on our servers in Turkmenistan. When you delete your account, your personal data and document photos are deleted. Payment records are kept for accounting, but are no longer linked to you.
Your rights
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. If you have questions about your data, write to us.
Children
The app is intended for users aged 18 and over.
