Delete your account
You can delete your Yolagçy account and your personal data at any time.
In the app
- Open the Yolagçy app.
- Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.
If you no longer have the app
Write to us (address below) with your phone number and confirm that the account is yours. We will delete the account within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Name, phone number, car details, document photos.
- Booking notes, rating and report texts, messages.
What is kept
Payment records are kept for accounting, but are no longer linked to you.
